Update regarding our Trustpilot profile

We value transparency and honest customer experiences. That's why our Trustpilot profile has been an important part of how customers share their experiences with us.

Current status
Unfortunately, our Trustpilot profile has recently been subjected to an external attack, indicating spam bots or similar activity. We don't know exactly why this has happened, but there could be several reasons. This has temporarily affected the profile, and the case is now being processed by Trustpilot.

What we are doing
We are working closely with Trustpilot to restore the profile as quickly as possible. The case is being handled by several departments, which means the process is taking a little longer than expected. We are continuously following up and doing everything we can to expedite the solution.

Latest rating
Before the issue arose, our profile had an overall score of 4.5 stars, based on many positive customer experiences. We are very proud of this, and we greatly appreciate the trust we have received.
