Return and Refund Policy

At GreenWeed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you regret your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt via email at info@greenweed.dk.

Please note that you cannot cancel the purchase simply by failing to pick up or receive the item.

Returning Items

Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Any original packaging should be included if relevant. The product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed food products, supplements, and hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

How to Return

Contact us at info@greenweed.dk and provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

Pack the item securely and preferably include a copy of your order confirmation.

Send the package to the return address you receive from us in our correspondence.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for the order.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or documentation that the item has been returned.

Right to Complain

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
